Men’s Golf

Junior Amory Davis was named Player of the Week by Golfweek on Wednesday. Davis won the UNCG Bridgestone Golf Collegiate last weekend and led Virginia to a second-place finish in the event.

Women’s Volleyball

The Cavaliers will be back at Mem Gym this weekend as they host a pair of teams from the Sunshine State, No. 17 Florida State (Friday at 7 pm) and Miami (Sunday at noon). The Cavaliers (9-13, 4-7 ACC) face quite a challenge, as the Seminoles boast a 19-2 mark to go along with a 10-1 ACC record. Miami comes into Charlottesville with a winning record as well.  Virginia sophomore Simone Asque was named ACC player of the week on Tuesday and will try and lead the Cavaliers to a winning weekend.

Field Hockey

Wednesday’s home game against Radford was cancelled and will not be made up due to scheduling conflicts. The 15-2 Cavaliers are back in action at 1PM on Saturday against Duke.
